Charley Cramer
National Head of Agri
Charley is from a multi-generational farming family and has over 20 years’ experience in corporate, commercial, agricultural & wholesale banking. He is experienced in diverse financing, capital markets, advisory, and strategic leadership. Charley has previously held senior leadership roles at the Regional Investment Corporation, the Westpac Group, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and NAB group of companies.

Bill is the founding director of the LA Group. With over 20 years of experience in finance, Bill excels in developing strategic client and lender relationships, leading large-scale sales teams and providing remarkably tailored solutions to mortgage products, acquisitions and equity investments.
Joanne Hu
General Manager - Distribution
Joanne Hu is the General Manager of Distribution for the LA Group and is backed by over 16 years’ experience in retail banking, distribution, and residential and commercial broking. Joanne is responsible for leading the LA Group sales teams, with a focus on development, mentorship and professional excellence. Clients are always her number one priority and she is committed to finding solutions to help them achieve their goals.
